During the two hour call-in show, Bill and the host discussed a myriad of topics ranging from replacing those 4” x 4” avocado green shower tiles to the best advice for husbands while remodeling a kitchen.

When asked about the best reaction ever from a client upon seeing their renderings for the first time, Bill recounted the time when the “big-screen monitor” was first utilized.
“I’ll never forget the reaction by the homeowner” Bill recalled, “her jaw dropped, and her eyes widened as the screen was refreshed to reveal her kitchen in its full-color splendor. She said ‘Is that my kitchen…..Oh my goodness, it’s beautiful’”
