Director of Field Operations
Tim has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, successfully navigating both commercial and residential sectors. His journey began in commercial construction where he tackled everything from schools, commercial offices, courthouses, high-rise condominiums to military and healthcare projects. You name it, he’s built it!
He also spent 13 years in the residential industry, focusing on high-end home renovations, additions, and ground-up construction. He finds it incredibly rewarding to bring people's dreams and visions to life, transforming their homes into the spaces they've always imagined.
Currently serving as our Director of Field Operations, he oversees construction operations for all of our markets. In his role, he has built a highly skilled and dedicated team of professionals, including Project Managers, Project Coordinators, General Superintendents, Superintendents, Field Punch Technicians, and Plumbers.
In his free time, Tim enjoys spending quality time with his wonderful family, working on DIY projects, and, of course, continuing to learn and grow in the ever-evolving world of construction.
