This full home build in Winter Park showcases a bold, contemporary approach balanced with warmth and livability. The kitchen serves as the heart of the home, anchored by a dramatic waterfall island with striking veining and softened by a custom wood countertop detail designed for gathering. Matte black cabinetry creates a strong architectural statement, while integrated appliances and open shelving keep the space feeling curated rather than severe.
Partnering closely with the interior designer, we collaborated on the cabinetry design to ensure both form and function were seamlessly aligned throughout the home. Clean lines, layered lighting, and an open-concept layout connect the kitchen to the surrounding living spaces, creating a cohesive flow ideal for entertaining. The result is a refined yet inviting residence—modern in expression, thoughtfully detailed, and tailored to the lifestyle of a Winter Park home.
